乡村宜居环境治理中的政府行为研究

在乡村振兴的战略背景下,乡村环境治理越来越紧迫,乡村宜居环境建设离不开村民自身,更离不开政府行为。政府在生活必需品供给、基础设施建设、乡村卫生管理以及文化教育推进层面都发挥着重要作用。政府应在环境治理层面加大宣传力度,形成良好的“动员-互动”机制;为乡村环境治理提供强有力的财政支持,凝聚社会力量助力乡村宜居环境建设;完善乡村宜居环境相关政策,提供政策配套解读,提供切实有效的乡村宜居环境治理。

Under the strategic background of rural revitalization,rural environmental governance is becoming more and more urgent.The construction of livable environment in rural areas cannot be separated from villagers themselves,nor can it be separated from government actions.The government plays an important role in the supply of daily necessities,infrastructure construction,rural health management and the promotion of culture and education.The government should strengthen the propaganda of environmental governance and form a good“mobilization-interaction”mechanism.It should provide strong financial support for rural environmental governance and gather social forces to help the construction of rural livable environment.It should also improve the relevant policies of rural livable environment and support interpretation of policies to provide practical and effective management of rural livable environment.
