提高中医院发热门诊护士应对新冠肺炎能力的对策探讨

Discussion on Improving Nurses′ Ability of NCP in the Fever Clinic of TCM Hospital

在新冠肺炎疫情期间,本院通过对发热门诊支援护士进行严格筛选、分组分批管理、多元化上岗培训模式、提供良好后勤保障、关注护士身体和心理状况、提高支援护士的荣誉感等多举措并进,显著提高了本院发热门诊护士应对新冠肺炎疫情的能力。本文可为疫情防治提供参考。

During the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(NCP),our hospital carried out strict screening of fever clinic support nurse,group and batch management,diversified on job training mode. Meanwhile,we provided good logistics support,paid attention to the physical and psychological status of nurses,and enhanced the honor of the support nurse. These measures significantly improved the ability of fever outpatient nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to deal with the epidemic of NCP. They can provide some reference for NCP preventioins.
