基于“系统辨证脉学”诊治缺血性中风病

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Based on "Systematic Syndrome Differentiation"

缺血性中风作为我国常见脑血管病之一,严重降低患者生活质量,但因其病因病机复杂,临床选方用药困难,治疗效果并不理想。本文基于"系统辨证脉学",总结中风病脉象要素,通过不同脉象要素之间的组合,搭建出"脉-证-方"相应的辨治体系,为治疗中风病处方用药及中医特色治疗提供新的方法和思路。

Ischemic stroke is one of the common cerebrovascular diseases in China,which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients. However,due to its complicated etiology and pathogenesis,it is difficult to use the drug in clinical selection,and the treatment effect is not satisfactory. Based on the "systematic syndrome differentiation",this article summarizes the elements of stroke and pulse,and through the combination of different pulse elements,builds a corresponding system of differentiation and treatment of "pulse-certification-party",providing new methods and ideas for the treatment of stroke prescription drugs and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
