摘要
目的:检测真核翻译起始因子5A2(EIF5A2)和基质金属蛋白酶-21(MMP-21)在卵巢浆液性癌组织中的表达,分析其临床意义,关注两者与增殖指标的关系。方法:选择79例卵巢浆液性癌作为观察组,选择79例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤作为对照组,留取术后新鲜组织和石蜡包埋组织。应用免疫组化检测两组石蜡包埋组织中EIF5A2、MMP-21的表达,应用Western Blot法检测观察组中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达。结果:两组中EIF5A2和MMP-21的表达差别有统计学意义,观察组中EIF5A2和MMP-21的表达在不同脉管累犯、淋巴结转移及肿瘤最大径的分组中差别有统计学意义,在不同年龄、病理分级、神经累犯的分组中无明显差别。EIF5A2和MMP-21、EIF5A2和PCNA、MMP-21和PCNA均具有正相关性。EIF5A2和MMP-21的表达与生存时间有关。结论:EIF5A2和MMP-21高表达且具有正相关性是卵巢浆液性癌重要的分子事件,两者可能对肿瘤的增殖有一定的影响。联合检测两者的表达与患者的预后有关。
Objective:To detect the expression of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 5 A2(EIF5 A2)and matrix metalloproteinase-21(MMP-21),analyze their clinical significance,and obtain the relationship between them and proliferation indicator. Methods:79 cases of ovarian serous carcinoma were selected as the observation group and 79 cases of ovarian serous cystadenoma as the control group. The fresh tissues and paraffin embedded tissues were collected after operation. The expression of EIF5 A2 and MMP-21 in paraffin embedded tissues of the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry,and PCNA in the observation group was detected by Western blot. Results:The expression of EIF5 A2 and MMP-21 in two groups were statistically different. The expression of EIF5 A2 and MMP-21 in the observation group were statistically different in vascular involvement,lymph node metastasis and maximum tumor size,but there was no statistically different in age,pathological grade and neural involvement. Positive correlation was found between EIF5 A2 and MMP-21,EIF5 A2 and PCNA,MMP-21 and PCNA. The expression of EIF5 A2 and MMP-21 were correlated with survival time. Conclusion:High expression and positive correlation of EIF5 A2 and MMP-21 are important molecular events in ovarian serous carcinoma. EIF5 A2 and MMP-21 may have some influence on the proliferation of the tumor. The combined detection of their expression is related to the prognosis of patients.
