脑出血患者神经内分泌因子表达水平与脑出血量及认知功能相关性研究 被引量:17

Correlation between expression levels of neuroendocrine factors and the amount of hemorrhage and cognitive function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的:探究脑出血(CH)患者神经内分泌因子表达水平与脑出血量及认知功能间相关性。方法:选择125例CH患者(研究组)和同期体检的50例健康志愿者(对照组)为研究对象。测定两组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、Tau蛋白、视锥蛋白样蛋白-1(VILIP-1)水平,计算研究组脑出血量,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估其治疗后认知功能,并依据脑出血量和认知功能评估结果对研究组进行分组。对比各组受试者血清神经内分泌因子表达水平变化情况。结果:与对照组比,研究组NSE、Tau蛋白、VILIP-1水平均明显升高(P<0.01)。不同出血量患者血清NSE、IGF-Ⅰ、Tau蛋白、VILIP-1水平间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),血清NSE、Tau蛋白、VILIP-1与脑出血量呈现显著正相关,IGF-Ⅰ与脑出血量呈现显著负相关(P<0.01);治疗后CI组与NCI组血清NSE、IGF-Ⅰ、Tau蛋白、VILIP-1水平间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者血清NSE、Tau蛋白、VILIP-1水平与MoCA评分呈现显著负相关,IGF-Ⅰ水平与MoCA评分呈现显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:CH患者血清NSE、Tau蛋白、VILIP-1水平与脑出血量呈正相关,与治疗后MoCA评分呈负相关,IGF-Ⅰ水平与脑出血量呈负相关,与MoCA评分呈正相关。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of neuroendocrine factors and the amount of cerebral hemorrhage and cognitive function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage(CH). Methods:125 CH patients were selected as study group,and 50 healthy volunteers for physical examination in the same period were selected as control group. Serum levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE),insulin growth factor-I(IGF-Ⅰ),Tau protein and cone protein-like protein-1(VILIP-1) were measured. The cerebral hemorrhage volume of the study group was calculated,and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA) was used to evaluate post-treatment cognitive function,and the study group was grouped according to the cerebral hemorrhage volume and cognitive function evaluation results. The changes of serum neuroendocrine factors expression levels in each group were compared. Results:Compared with the control group,the NSE,Tau protein and VILIP-1 levels in the study group were significantly increased(P<0.01). There were significant differences in serum NSE,IGF-Ⅰ,Tau protein and VILIP-1 levels between patients with different bleeding volume(P<0.01). The serum NSE,Tau protein and VILIP-1 were significantly positively correlated with the amount of cerebral hemorrhage,and IGF-I showed a significant negative correlation with the amount of cerebral hemorrhage(P<0.01). After treatment,there were significant differences in serum NSE,IGF-Ⅰ,Tau protein and VILIP-1 levels between the CI group and the NCI group(P<0.01),the levels of serum NSE,Tau protein and VILIP-1 were significantly negatively correlated with MoCA scores,and IGF-Ⅰ level weresignificantly positively correlated with MoCA scores(P<0.01). Conclusion:The levels of serum NSE,Tau protein and VILIP-1 in CH patients are positively correlatedwith the amount of cerebral hemorrhage,and negatively correlated with MoCA scores after treatment. IGF-Ⅰ level is negatively correlated with the amount of cerebral hemorrhage and positively correlated with MoCA scores.
