摘要
目的了解兰溪市食品安全现状,为制定科学、合理的食品安全监管措施提供依据。方法对2018年兰溪市食品生产、食品流通和餐饮环节食品安全抽检结果进行汇总分析。结果 2018年兰溪市共抽检1 779批次,抽样检验项目合格样品1 730批次,不合格样品49批次,总体合格率为97. 25%,不合格检出率为2. 75%。抽检的27大类食品中共有6大类检出不合格。其中,生产环节抽检294批次,不合格4批次,不合格率为1. 36%;流通环节抽检1 177批次,不合格21批次,不合格率为1. 78%;餐饮环节抽检308批次,不合格24批次,不合格率为7. 79%。结论兰溪市食品安全总体情况较好,但餐饮领域食品安全不合格率略高,违规使用食品添加剂的情况依然存在,凸显出食品安全中的风险点,明确了食品安全监管的重点和方向。
Objective To understand the current situation of food safety in Lanxi City and to provide the basis for formulating scientific and reasonable food safety supervision measures. Methods The results of food safety sampling in food production,food circulation and catering links in Lanxi City in 2018 were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 1 779 batches were sampled in Lanxi City in 2018. There were 1 730 batches of qualified samples and 49 batches of unqualified samples. The overall qualified rate was 97. 25%,and the detection rate of unqualified samples was 2. 75%. Six of the 27 types of food sampled were unqualified. Among them,294 batches were sampled and 4 batches were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 1. 36%. There were 1 177 batches of sampling inspection in circulation links,21 batches were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 1. 78%. There were 308 batches of sampling inspection in catering links,24 batches were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 7. 79%. Conclusion The overall situation of food safety in Lanxi City is good,but the unqualified rate of food safety in the catering field is slightly higher. The situation of illegal use the food additives still exists. It highlights the risk points in food safety and also clarifies the focus and direction of food safety supervision.
