摘要
国内航空公司机队规模不断扩大导致维修工作量迅速增加,维修任务人工组包存在编排不合理、效率较低等问题。在分析维修任务属性及维修间隔参数转换规则的基础上,以维修任务工作包的人工时和停场时间为约束条件,以所有维修任务工作包在航后停场时累积执行的总时间最多为目标函数,建立民机维修任务组包优化模型,并依据AC-121-53中的维修间隔偏离规定构造算法对其求解,以B737NG为例进行仿真验证。结果表明:利用该模型可得到满足维修能力和航后停场时间的维修任务工作包,可均衡人力需求,提高飞机利用率,降低维修成本。
The continuous expansion of domestic airline fleets has led to the rapid growth of maintenance workload.The manual packeting of maintenance task is commonly unreasonable and inefficient.Through analyses on maintenance task attributes and interval parameter conversion rules,the man hours and the parking time of aircraft to finish the maintenance task package are taken as constraints,and the maximizing accumulative total time of executing all maintenance task packages during post-flight parking is taken as objective function.A model for civil aircraft maintenance task packeting optimization is established.According to the interval deviation regulations from AC-121-53,an algorithm is constructed to solve the model.Simulating verification is conducted taking B737NG as instance.Results show that maintenance task package which meets both the required maintenance capability and the post-flight parking time can be obtained via this model,balancing the manpower demand,improving the aircraft utilization and reducing the maintenance cost.
