摘要
在中外美育史上,身体感性一直处于“心育”的掩蔽之下,身体美学则将其解放出来,并作为美育的重要维度。按身体美学的理解,身体感性教育是一种具身性的生存实践教育,它以身体感官、身体习惯和身体欲望为基本对象,主要通过前反思的身体陶冶、反思性的身体训练以及身体欲望管理等途径,来实现全面而自由发展的人这一美育的终极目的。身体美育这一系统性的观念,尽管有“拔高”身体之嫌,但对“心育”传统而言,不失为一种有益的矫正。
In the history of Chinese and foreign aesthetic education, body sensibility has always been under the cover of mental education. It is body aesthetics that liberates it and takes it as an important dimension of aesthetic education. According to body aesthetics, body sensibility education is a kind of existence practice education. It takes body senses, body habits and desires as the main subjects, mainly through pre-reflective body cultivation, reflective body training, desire management, and other means to achieve the ultimate goal of the comprehensive free development of man. The systematic concept of body aesthetics is indeed a useful correction to the tradition of "mental education" with the possibility of overstatement.
