摘要
乡村振兴战略是建设中国特色乡村的重要举措,为职业教育创新发展提供了机遇。乡村振兴对于知识型、技能型、创新型人才的需求越来越旺盛,区域职业教育对乡村振兴有着义不容辞的责任。针对区域职业教育服务乡村振兴战略存在的问题,应制定职业教育助力乡村振兴策略,构建乡村振兴培训体系,建设乡村振兴培训资源,打造乡村振兴培训团队,重构培育模式,提高培育效果。
The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to construct the villages with Chinese characteristics.The rural revitalization strategy provides opportunities for the innovative development of vocational education.The demand for knowledge-based,skilled and innovation-oriented talents is greater for rural revitalization,and regional vocational education has an obligatory responsibility for it.In view of the existing problems in regional vocational education and rural revitalization,the strategy of vocational education to help rural revitalization is formulated,the training system for rural revitalization is constructed,the training resources are constructed,the training team is built,and the cultivation mode is reconstructed to improve the cultivation effect.
