摘要
采用优选原材料、优化配合比、低用水量、低水胶比、较低的水泥用量和较大的矿物掺合料掺量的高性能混凝土配制技术,对南京市九乡河闸站工程墩墙混凝土进行设计,并利用正交设计方法对混凝土配合比进行了优化;试验结果表明:混凝土各项性能指标均达到规范对百年寿命混凝土的耐久性能要求,对百年寿命水工混凝土配制、施工具有指导意义。
The pier wall concrete of Jiuxianghe Gate Station in Nanjing was designed by optimizing raw materials,optimizing mix ratio,low water consumption,low water binder ratio,low cement content and large mineral admixture content,and the concrete mix ratio was optimized by orthogonal design method The result of the test shows that all performance indexes of concrete meet the durability requirements of the specification for 100-year-life concrete,and have guiding significance for the preparation and construction of 100-year-life hydraulic concrete.
