高温后再生保温混凝土抗压以及变形性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 制备了不同再生骨料掺量的保温混凝土试件,进行了100℃~700℃的高温试验,测试了混凝土试件高温后的质量损失率和单轴抗压强度,分析了试件的受压破坏过程和变形性能随再生骨料取代率和试验温度的变化规律。研究结果表明:(1)在相同温度下,混凝土的质量损失率随再生骨料取代率的升高而增大;(2)混凝土试件在小于300℃时表现为脆性特征,在大于500℃后表现为塑性特征;(3)混凝土的峰值抗压强度随温度的增大而减小,随再生骨料取代率的升高而先增大后减小;(4)混凝土的峰值应变随温度和再生骨料取代率的增大而增大。 The thermal insulation concrete specimens with different recycled aggregate content were prepared.The high temperature test of 100℃~700℃was carried out.The mass loss rate and uniaxial compressive strength of the concrete specimens after high temperature were tested.The variation rule of compression failure process and deformation performance of the specimens with the replacement rate of recycled aggregate and test temperature was analyzed.The results shows that:(1)At the same temperature,the mass loss rate of concrete increases with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate.(2)Concrete specimens shows brittle characteristics when the temperature was less than 300℃,and it shows plastic characteristics when the temperature was more than 500℃.(3)The peak compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of temperature,and increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of replacement rate of recycled aggregate(.4)The peak strain of concrete increases with the increase of temperature and replacement rate of recycled aggregate.
