重症急性胰腺炎患者营养支持治疗临床药师干预效果的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of clinical pharmacists’nutritional support for patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨临床药师在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者临床营养治疗中的作用与价值,为营养支持在SAP患者中的临床应用提供参考。方法对本院消化ICU 2017年6月至12月收治的SAP患者行营养支持药学监护,对营养支持方案进行药学建议,并提取相关数据进行统计和分析。结果临床药师共提出70条建议,58条(82.86%)建议被临床医师完全采纳,35条(50%)药学建议为临床药师主动的用药干预。最常见的3种建议为调整肠外营养(PN)处方组分、调整肠内营养(EN)制剂、调整肠外营养类型。结论临床药师参与营养支持治疗十分有必要,可协助医师制订更加安全有效的个体化营养治疗方案,保证营养支持药物安全、合理的使用。

Objective To determine the role of clinical pharmacists in the nutritional treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP),and to provide reference for the clinical application of nutritional support in these patients.Methods SAP patients admitted to the digestive ICU from June to December 2017 were pharmaceutical monitored.Pharmaceutical suggestions for nutritional support were made,and relevant data were extracted for the statistical analysis.Results Totally 70 suggestions were put forward by clinical pharmacists,58(82.86%)of which were fully adopted by clinicians,and 35(50%)of which were active drug interventions.Adjusting the composition of parenteral nutrition,enteral nutrition preparations and parenteral nutrition types were the three most common recommendations.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in nutritional support therapy help physicians formulate safer and more effective individual treatment programs,which ensures the safe and rational use of nutritional support drugs.
