摘要
旨在探究不同刺激强度对小学儿童情绪调节策略选择偏向的影响.通过情绪调节选择任务分别考察小学二年级27名、四年级25名和六年级26名儿童在面对高低强度的消极图片刺激时,对认知重评和注意分散两种情绪调节策略的选择偏向.在高强度的消极刺激下,小学儿童对于认知重评和注意分散的策略选择上没有偏向,但是在低强度的消极刺激下,更偏向选择认知重评策略.研究结果表明小学儿童已经形成了较稳定和有效的情绪策略的选择偏向.
To examine the influences of different stimulus intensity on the emotion regulation strategy choice for primary school children,27 children in second grade,25 in fourth grade and 26 in sixth grade were chosen to investigate their choice between cognitive reappraisal and distraction when they in the face of negative picture stimulation with high and low intensity.The results showed that in low-intensity negative stimulus,primary school children prefer cognitive reappraisal to distraction,while in high-intensity negative stimulus,there was no difference in the choice of the two strategies.The findings showed that primary school children had formed a stable and effective preference in emotional strategy selection.
