198例孕前体检和孕产妇分泌物真菌感染病原菌分布和耐药性分析的临床观察

Clinical observation on the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in maternal secretion and prenatal examination of 198 pregnant and lying-in women

目的观察分析198例孕前体检和孕产妇分泌物真菌感染病原菌分布和耐药性的情况。方法回顾分析2016年1月-2018年1月的198例在本院接受了孕前体检以及在本院妇产科分娩的孕产妇,观察孕产妇孕前的各项体征以及染病情况,同时观察孕产妇分泌物的真菌感染病原菌分布和耐药性以及孕产妇阴道感染状况对新生儿的影响。结果198例孕产妇孕前体检结果显示生殖系统疾病的患病率最高,其次为乳腺疾病,其他疾病均占有一定的比例。将孕产妇分泌物进行化验分析显示其真菌感染率为31.82%,孕产妇的阴道pH值越高,则发生感染的几率越大;发生了阴道感染的孕产妇其新生儿眼分泌物的感染状况较为严重,羊水和胎盘的感染率较低。结论经过本次实验观察孕产妇孕前携带疾病的情况不容乐观,孕产妇分泌物化验结果其真菌病原菌种类多样,且具有较强的耐药性,不同的病原菌呈现出了不同的耐药性,且会受到孕产妇阴道p H值的影响。

Objective To observe and analyze the pre-pregnancy physical examination,the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in maternal secretion.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,198 pregnant and parturient women who underwent pre-pregnancy physical examination in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to national key pre-pregnancy inspection items,the physical signs and infection of 198 pregnant women before pregnancy were observed,and the distribution and drug resistance of fungal infection in the secretion of 198 pregnant women were also observed.The influence of vaginal infection and parturient women on the newborns was also observed.Results The results of pre-pregnancy physical examination in 198 cases showed that the prevalence rate of reproductive system diseases was the highest,followed by breast diseases,and other diseases accounted for a certain proportion.Laboratory analysis of maternal secretions showed that the fungal infection rate was 31.82%.The higher the vaginal p H value of pregnant women,the greater the probability of infection.The infection status of newborn eye secretion was more serious and the infection rate of amniotic fluid and placenta was lower in pregnant women with vaginal infection.Conclusion It is not optimistic to observe the condition of pregnant women who carry diseases before pregnancy after this experiment.It is necessary to pay more attention to the physical examination before pregnancy.The results of maternal secretion test shows that the fungal pathogens were diverse and have strong drug resistance.Different pathogens show different drug resistance,and it is affected by the vaginal p H of pregnant women.
