摘要
整车线束的正常运行是整车各项功能实现的前提。整车装配中频发的线束失效问题对整车制造效率及整车产品品质影响巨大。通过对整车装配过程中的线束失效模式进行系统分析,着重对线束失效模式进行了归类,并针对同类失效模式提出了相应的解决方案。文章可对线束设计以及整车装配过程中线束失效问题的解决提供帮助。
The normal operation of the vehicle wiring harness is the premise of the realization of the vehicle’s various functions. The frequent wiring harness failure problems generated in the vehicle assembling process have a great impact on the manufacturing efficiency of the vehicle production and the quality of the vehicle. Through systematic analysis to the wiring harness failure mode in the vehicle assembling process, the wire harness failure modes are categorized and corresponding solutions are proposed for similar problems. This article could help with wire harness design and the treatment to wire harness failure problems during vehicle assembling.
