摘要
为了在车轮产品的开发阶段,通过弯曲和径向疲劳试验来检验车轮的疲劳性能,同时节省开发费用和时间,一般采用有限元仿真分析代替物理试验的方法。该文主要从钢制车轮冷变形、离心力、螺栓预紧力、轮胎与轮辋接触应力、充气压力等方面对车轮疲劳试验有限元仿真的研究现状及进展进行介绍和总结。受建模精度、加载和边界条件的制约,仿真结果与物理试验结果往往存在一定差异性,针对不足提出了建议,为进一步研究提供了重要的参考。
In order to test the fatigue performance of wheels through bending and radial fatigue tests during the development of wheel products,and to save development cost and time,finite element simulation analysis is generally used instead of physical tests.This paper mainly introduces and summarizes the research status and progress of finite element simulation of wheel fatigue test from the aspects of steel wheel cold deformation,centrifugal force,bolt pre-tightening force,contact stress between tire and rim,inflation pressure,etc.Restricted by modeling accuracy,loading and boundary conditions,simulation results and physical test results often have certain differences.Suggestions are put forward to solve the deficiencies,which provide important reference for further research.
