基于模糊综合评判的汽车系统可维修性分析

摘要 为量化汽车可维修性指标,针对汽车系统可维修性具有影响因素复杂、涵盖零件范围较广,且难以客观评价的特点,将模糊综合评判方法应用于汽车系统可维修性的评价。通过定量和定性分析方法对各影响因素进行分级,并对系统零件的分级结果进行数理统计,计算得到各因素的隶属度。以某车型前保险杠及周边零件作为汽车子系统,研究其可维修性,计算得到其评判结果及最终得分,更具客观性。为评价汽车整车及各子系统的可维修性提供了理论依据。 In order to quantify the automobile maintainability indicator,considering that the maintainability of automobile system is characterized by complex influencing factors,a wide range of parts and difficulty in objective evaluation,this paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the maintainability of automobile system.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,the influencing factors are classified,and the classification results of system parts are statistically analyzed to calculate the membership degree of each factor.The front bumper and surrounding parts of a certain vehicle model are taken as vehicle subsystems to study its maintainability,and its evaluation results and final scores are calculated,which is more objective.It provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the maintainability of the whole car and its subsystems.
