摘要
车辆新车型的开发往往要经历一个漫长的过程,而同步工程可以集成并行地对产品进行开发与制造。前纵梁是车身骨架件的重要组成之一。根据国内外研究现状,运用同步工程的基本理论与技术方法,提出对车身前纵梁零件的结构设计流程;对零件冲压成型全工序进行数值模拟分析,完成零件的结构改进设计及制造成本分析。在零件设计阶段完善零件数模,达到降低车身开发成本,缩短车身开发时间和提高车身开发质量的要求。
The development of new vehicles often goes through a long process,and simultaneous engineering can develop and manufacture products in an integrated and parallel way.The front rail is one of the important components of the body frame.According to the research status at home and abroad,this paper proposes the structural design process of the front rail by using the basic theory and technical methods of simultaneous engineering.The numerical simulation analysis of the whole stamping process of the parts is carried out,and the structure optimization and cost analysis are completed.Hence,the CAD model of the part is perfected at the part design stage,so as to reduce the development cost,shorten the development time and improve the quality of design.
