摘要
在汽车组合仪表的布置过程中,反光眩目是其必要的校核内容。根据反光原理分析出组合仪表反光的程度主要由仪表罩(机械仪表)/仪表面(液晶仪表)的角度及组合仪表帽檐高度来决定。使用Ramsis软件对某车组合仪表的可视性进行分析校核,得出反光区域的入射光线来自左前侧风窗;通过选用液晶组合仪表旋转5°的方案,解决了反光问题。该方法相较于传统的几何方法,具有操作容易、效率和准确度高、与实际结果相吻合的特点。
Reflective glare is the necessary check content in the layout of auto cluster. According to the principle of reflection,the degree of reflection of the cluster is mainly determined by the lens/LCD and the cover height. The visibility of a certain vehicle’s cluster is analyzed and checked by using Ramsis software, and it is concluded that the incident light in the reflective area comes from the left front windshield. The problem of light reflection is solved by selecting the scheme that the LCD rotates5 degrees. Compared with the traditional geometric method, the Ramsis check method has the characteristics of easy operation,high efficiency and accuracy, and is consistent with the actual results.
