摘要 为实现发动机舱盖的轻量化设计,以某车型的发动机舱盖为研究对象,基于等刚度替换原则,选用铝合金材料替代传统钢材料的方案,并利用HyperMesh软件对铝合金发动机舱盖的刚度及行人保护等性能进行CAE分析,对比原钢材质发动机舱盖性能,逐步对铝合金材质发动机舱盖内板结构方案进行优化,最终完成满足行人保护与刚度性能目标的铝合金发动机舱盖的设计,同时实现发动机舱盖减重40%。 In order to realize the lightweight design of the bonnet,the bonnet of a certain vehicle model is taken as the research object.Based on the principle of equal rigidity replacement,the scheme of replacing the traditional steel material with aluminum alloy material is selected.The stiffness and pedestrian protection performance of the aluminum alloy bonnet are analyzed by CAE using HyperMesh software.Compared with the performance of the original steel bonnet,the structural scheme of the inner plate of the aluminum alloy bonnet is optimized step by step.Finally,the design of the aluminum alloy bonnet meeting the pedestrian protection and stiffness performance targets is completed,and the bonnet weight is reduced by 40%at the same time.
