摘要
鉴于当今国内外形势,建设新型机动式指挥控制系统装备迫在眉睫。首先,分析了外军机动式指挥控制系统现状;然后,提出了新型机动式指挥控制系统装备的建设构想,包括硬件组成、软件组成和主要能力;最后,描述了主要使用场景及关键技术。该系统可实现前出作战、联合指挥、体系快速构建和机动灵活重组。
In view of the current situation at home and abroad,the construction of new mobile command and control system equipment is imminent.Firstly,the status of foreign military mobile command and control system is analyzed.Then,the construction idea of new mobile command and control system equipment is proposed,including the hardware component,the software component and the main ability.Finally,the main usage scenarios and key technologies are described.The system can realize the forward operation,the joint command,the rapid system construction and the mobile flexible restructuring.
