Related Research on the Management Idea of Pollutant Emission Permit in Metal Foundry Industry

金属铸造行业生产工艺种类繁多、行业分布较为分散、无组织排放问题突出、环境管理基础薄弱。本文结合该行业现状和产排污特点,分析了现行标准存在的问题及新老标准的区别,梳理了纳入排污许可管理的排污单位废气污染源、主要污染物项目及排放口类型,明确了排放限值确定等关键问题,为保障铸造行业排污许可制度顺利实施、加强行业环境管理和污染防治提供技术支撑。

The metal foundry industry has a wide variety of production processes,in which the industry distribution is relatively dispersed,the problem of disorganized emission is prominent,and the foundation of environmental management is weak. Based on the current situation of the industry and the characteristics of pollutant production and emission,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the current standards and the differences between the new and old standards,sorts out the gas pollutant sources,main pollutants and types of discharge outlets of pollutant discharging units under the management of pollutant discharge permit,and the determination of emission limits and other key issues is clarified,so as to provide technical support for the smooth implementation of the emission permit system of ferroalloy smelting industry and the strengthening of industrial environmental management and pollution prevention and control.
