车顶行李架加载装置的气动力分析与试验 被引量:4

摘要 为了使车顶行李架的加载功能满足客户需求,需要在整车耐久试验过程中对其进行加载,验证其可靠性。文中选用两种加载装置对车顶行李架进行加载,利用ANSYS软件对两种装置在不同车速的气动阻力和气动升力进行分析;并以某SUV车型为研究对象,试验验证两种装置的可靠性和潜在失效模式。结果表明,车顶行李框更适合用于车顶行李架的耐久加载试验,为车顶行李架的加载试验提供指导。 In order to make the function of roof rack to meet the customer needs, it is necessary to be ballast on roof rack during the durability test and verified its reliability. Two loading devices are select to ballast on the roof rack, using ANSYS to analyze the aerodynamic drag and lift of the two devices at different vehicle speed. Take a SUV model as the research object, validated the reliability and potential failure modes of both devices. The research results provided the roof luggage frame is more suitable for the durability test of the roof rack ballast. It provides guidance for the vehicle ballast on roof rack.
