Combined with the production site of the coating workshop,this paper introduces the tools,operation methods,advantages and disadvantages of on-line magnification observation,polarizing microscopy,layer-by-layer grinding+on-line magnification observation,section sampling+micro-magnification,scanning electron microscopy+energy spectrum analyzer,and the photos of application examples,which have certain guiding significance for the analysis of coating defects.
