Innovative Path of Promoting League Building by Party Buildingin Faculties and Departments of Colleges and Universities in the New Era

“党建带团建”是新时代高校党建的重要原则,也是加强共青团工作的一条成功经验。回顾高校党建带团建历程,分析新时代高校党建带团建要求,研究新时代高校党建带团建的内涵定位:高校“党建带团建”关键在“带”;高校“党建带团建”基础在“建”;高校“党建带团建”根本在“育”。分析存在问题:院系党组织对团组织的认识模糊;院系党建带团建工作机制不完善;团学组织作风建设不力;大学生对团学组织工作评价不高。提出高校院系党建带团建的创新路径:建设党团政治与思想引领机制;建设党团多维联动机制;建设团学纪律作风养成机制;结合大学生特点和需求开展党建带团建工作,建立服务学生成长机制。
