感恩教育在班级管理中的实践研究

Research on the Practice of Gratitude Education in Class Management

针对班级管理工作中感恩教育存在的问题,文章从几个方面研究感恩教育在班级管理中的实践策略。要发挥榜样的模范作用,引导学生做一个懂得感恩,有感恩精神的人;开展感恩活动,让学生在活动中亲身体验感恩的力量,树立感恩意识;积极营造感恩环境,让学生在感恩中健康发展;开阔学生的视野,将感恩教育融入学生的日常生活。

In view of the problems of gratitude education in class management, this paper studies the practical strategies of gratitude education in class management from several aspects. We should give full play to the exemplary role of an example,guide students to be a person who knows how to be grateful and has the spirit of gratitude;carry out Thanksgiving activities,let students experience the power of gratitude and establish the sense of gratitude;actively create a grateful environment, let students develop healthily in gratitude;broaden students’ vision, and integrate gratitude education into students’ daily life.
