摘要
文章从盘活幼儿园团队"磁力"、激活幼儿教师自身"内力"两方面,研究教师专业化发展策略。要盘活幼儿园团队"磁力",可通过师徒"研训"结对制度,说、观和论课制度,多元路径备课机制,岗位技艺练兵机制实现;要激活幼儿教师"内力",可通过听课"汲取"、反思"警醒"、案例"赏析"、研训"拾贝"、学习"自悟"实现。
This paper studies the strategies of teachers’ professional development from two aspects: activating the "magnetic force" of kindergarten team and activating the "internal force" of kindergarten teachers themselves. To activate the "magnetic force" of the kindergarten team, it can be realized through the pairing system of "research and training" of teachers and apprentices, the system of "speaking, observing and discussing lessons", the multi-path mechanism of preparing lessons, and the mechanism of post skill training;to activate the "internal power" of kindergarten teachers, it can be realized through "learning" in class, reflecting "vigilance", case "appreciation", research and training "picking up shells" and learning "self-awareness".
