基于职业素养培养的中职园艺园林教学摭探

Study on Horticultural Garden Teaching in Secondary Vocational School Based on the Cultivation of Professional Quality

中职园艺园林专业的教学目标是培养合格的园艺园林专业人才,使毕业生能在园艺园林行业就职,胜任对应的工作。文章对基于职业素养培养的中职园艺园林教学进行研究。要夯实职业生涯规划,培育园艺园林专业学生职业意识;调整教育教学模式,增强园艺园林课程的职业色彩;搭建多元化的渠道,引导园艺园林学生接触具体职业。

The teaching goal of secondary vocational horticulture and landscape specialty is to cultivate qualified horticulture and landscape talents, so that graduates can work in the horticulture and landscape industry and be competent for the corresponding work. This paper studies the horticultural garden teaching of secondary vocational school based on the cultivation of professional quality. We should strengthen the career planning, cultivate the professional consciousness of horticultural garden students, adjust the education and teaching mode, enhance the professional color of horticultural garden courses, build diversified channels, and guide horticultural garden students to contact specific careers.
