文章以中职学校班级中最容易被忽略的一个群体——中等生为研究对象,根据中等生的特征,从多一些目光的停留、多一些有针对性的提问、多一些批改和展示、适度批评、巧妙运用社交工具、每学期至少两次当面深度交流六个方面阐述如何辅导中等生,以达到提升中等生的成绩、能力、自信心、身心健康水平等目的。
