在津滨时代卫南洼H4地块房地产项目施工策划中应用BIM技术,通过品茗三维施工策划软件在施工准备阶段、主体阶段、结构阶段的应用,模拟分析施工进度的合理性,找出施工材料、大型机械设备进出场安排的不足之处,进而优化施工布置方案,取得了良好的效果。

The BIM technology is applied to the construction planning of the Weinanyu H4 block in Jinbin era.The rationality of progress is simulated and analyzed and the inadequacies of construction materials,large machinery and equipment in and out of the arrangement are located using the 3D construction planning software of PSM bim in construction preparation stage,earthwork excavation and structural construction stage.Good effect has also been achieved in optimizing the construction layout plan.
