Development of Meat Supply Chain Tracking System Platform Based on Internet of Things

针对肉类供应链长、缺乏有效的检测跟踪手段,设计了一种基于无线射频技术(RFID)和电子编码技术(EPC)的物联网肉类供应链跟踪系统平台。该平台利用RFID快速识别和电子编码技术的优点,利用扫码枪快速扫描的特点,将猪肉的相关信息快速地实现数据的采集与上传,并利用编写的数据处理软件,实现相关猪肉数据信息的发布与共享。通过实验测试,该系统实现了对肉类供应链的数据的管理与发布,能够较为实时、有效地实现对肉类产品的跟踪与溯源。

In response to the long supply chain and the lack of an effective detection and tracking method,an IoT meat supply chain tracking system platform based on radio frequency technology(RFID)and electronic coding technology(EPC)was designed.The platform utilizes the rapid identification of RFID and electronic coding technology and the rapid scanning of the scanning code gun to quickly collect and upload the data related to pork,and uses the written data processing software to realize the release and sharing of the relevant pork data information.The experimental testing shows that this system makes possible the management and release of data in the meat supply chain,thus ensuring the real-time and effective tracking and tracing of the meat products.
