对影像技术专业学生磁共振实习教学中的一些思考

Some Reflections on the Practical Teaching of Magnetic Resonance for Students Majoring in Imaging Technology

磁共振部门的实习在医学影像技术专业学生的实习中是比较困难的一部分。主要是因为磁共振基础知识抽象,难于理解;同学在磁共振实习期很短;带教老师的素质参差不齐。面对实习生的困难,作为带教老师,首先需要提高自身业务素质,具备扎实的基础知识;其次注重实习学生医学人文教育、职业素养教育;同时注意开拓思路,活化教学模式。带教老师在教学中应不断探索实践,以学生为本,争取取得良好的教学成效。

The practice of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) department is a difficult part in the practice of students majoring in medical imaging technology. The main causes are as follows: the basic knowledge of MRI is abstract and difficult to understand;a short internship in MRI department;the quality of the teachers is uneven. As teachers, firstly, professional quality should be improved;secondly, the medical humanistic education should be emphasized, at the same time, a variety of teaching models adopted. Teachers should keep exploring and practicing in their teaching, focus on students and strive for good teaching results.
