人性化护理在结核性胸膜炎患者护理中的应用及对患者炎症反应的影响

Application of humanized nursing in nursing patients with tuberculous pleuritis and its influence on patients’ inflammatory response

目的探讨人性化护理在结核性胸膜炎患者护理中的应用及对患者炎症反应发生的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月本院收治的结核性胸膜炎患者74例,按护理方式分为对照组和研究组,各37例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以人性化护理,比较两组炎性因子水平变化情况、心理状态变化情况以及生存质量变化情况。结果干预后,研究组IL-4、IL-10水平高于对照组,IFN-γ、IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组生存质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在结核性胸膜炎患者的护理过程中,予以人性化护理效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with tuberculous pleurisy and its influence on the occurrence of inflammatory reaction.Methods 74 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the nursing mode,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the study group was given humanized care.Changes in inflammatory factor level,psychological state and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of nursing patients with tuberculous pleurisy,humanized nursing has remarkable effect,which is worthy to be widely popularized and applied in clinic.
