肝CA的螺旋CT检查与病理学之间的关系探讨

目的探讨肝CA的螺旋CT检查与病理学之间的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院收治的肝癌患者60例,均行多层螺旋CT检查,分析病灶影像强化特点与病理学的关系。结果肿瘤高分化中以肿瘤实质强化89.47%最高,中分化中以肿瘤实质强化78.57%最高,且不同强化类型肿瘤分化程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);假腺管型中以肿瘤实质强化91.30%最高,实体型和梁状型也以肿瘤实质强化60.00%、71.43%最高,且不同强化类型肿瘤类型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌诊断中采用多层螺旋CT诊具有较高的价值,可作为判断肿瘤分化程度及肿瘤类型的依据,为诊治提供详细且全面的参考资料,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the relationship between spiral CT and pathology of hepatic CA.Methods A total of 60 cases were studied.All patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were examined by multi-slice spiral CT.The relationship between lesion enhancement and pathology was analyzed.Results In the high differentiation of tumors,the tumor parenchyma was up to 89.47%,and the middle differentiation was 78.57%,and the differentiation of different types of tumors was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parenchymal enhancement of 91.30% was the highest,and the solid type and beam type were also enhanced by tumor parenchyma 60.00% and 71.43%,and the difference of tumor types of different types of enhancement was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis in the diagnosis of liver cancer has high value,which can be used as the basis for judging the degree of tumor differentiation and tumor type.It provides detailed and comprehensive reference materials for diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of popularization and application.
