结果 B组治疗有效率98.3%高于A组的79.7%(P<0.05);用药前,两组心率、心功能比较差异无统计学意义;用药后,两组的心率与心功能均有显著改善(P<0.05),B组心率(70.2±5.6)次/min、LVEDV(85.4±8.1)mL、LVESV(41.8±7.1)mL均低于A组的心率(80.2±4.9)次/min、LVEDV(98.1±8.7)mL、LVESV(52.3±7.6)mL(P<0.05),B组LVEF(52.7±4.8)%高于A组LVEF(44.2±4.1)%(P<0.05);B组复发率1.7%低于A组的复发率16.9%(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭应用美托洛尔治疗,疗效显著,患者的心率、心功能改善明显,复发率低,适用性更强。
Objective To explore the efficacy of metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 118 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and they were grouped according to different Western medicine treatment schemes, with 59 cases in each group.A group simply routine symptomatic treatment,B group on the basis of group A combined use of metoprolol, compared the two groups of effects. Results The effective rate of treatment in group B was 98.3% higher than that in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate and cardiac function between the two groups before medication(P<0.05).The heart rate and cardiac function of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The heart rate of group B(70.2±5.6) times/min,LVEDV(85.4±8.1) m L and LVESV(4±7.1) mL were lower than those of group A(80.2±4.9) times/min,LVEDV(9±8.7) mL and LVESV(52.3±7.6)mL(P<0.05),LVEF(52.7±4.8)% in group B was higher than LVEF(44.2±4.1)% in group A(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in group B was 1.7% lower than the recurrence rate in group A 16.9%(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic heart failure with metoprolol is effective, the heart rate and function of patients are improved obviously, the recurrence rate is low,and the applicability is stronger.
