摘要
目的分析单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的治疗效果。方法选取2015年2月至2018年3月本院收治的100例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,通过电脑随机分配为实验组和参照组,每组50例。实验组采用内固定结合椎体成形术治疗,参照组采用单纯内固定治疗。比较两组患者伤椎前高压缩比、手术优良率、Cobb角、椎管侵占率。结果实验组治疗优良率高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者伤椎前高压缩比、Cobb角、椎管侵占率指标变化程度明显优于参照组患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内固定结合椎体成形术较单纯内固定治疗脊柱骨折具备更高的应用价值,可以有效改善患者临床病症,降低椎管侵占率,改善神经功能,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of simple internal fixation combined with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty for the treatment of spinal fractures.Methods In this experiment,100 patients with spinal fractures who underwent treatment from February 2015 to March 2018 in Xinyu City Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected and divided into experimental groups by computer randomization(internal fixation combined with vertebrae bodyplasty treatment) and reference group(using internal fixation),with 50 patients in each group,comparing the high compression ratio,excellent rate of surgery,Cobb angle,spinal canal encroachment rate.Results It can be seen that the excellent rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had high compression ratio,Cobb angle,and spinal canal,the degree of change in the encroachment rate index was significantly better than that in the reference group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty has higher application value than simple internal fixation for spinal fracture.It can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce spinal canal encroachment rate,improve nerve function and promote rehabilitation.It is worthy of adoption.
