以和咽喉肌无力为主要症状的非典型抗GQ1b抗体综合征1例报道并文献复习
A case of atypical anti-gq1b antibody syndrome with peripheral facial paralysis and pharyngeal muscle weakness as main symptoms was reported and reviewed
摘要
抗GQ1b抗体综合征的发病率低,目前只有个案报道,属于自身免疫性疾病中少见病,临床表现复杂。现报道以周围性面瘫、咽喉肌无力为主要症状的非典型抗GQ1b抗体综合征病例1例,通过分析该病例的临床表现和诊治过程及相关文献复习,提高对此类疾病临床诊治的认识。
