航天火工品产品化与组批验收工作关系探讨

Discussion on the Relationship between Productlization and Batching Acceptance for Initiating Explosive Device Used in Spacecraft

介绍了航天火工品产品化推进过程中存在的问题,提出了火工品产品化工作思路及火工品组批验收工作方案,探讨了航天火工品产品化与组批验收工作之间的关联,两者互为牵引、相互促进。产品化的目的是去型号化,有助于推进火工品统一订货、统一组批、统一验收、分批交付、均衡生产,提高工作效率。组批验收可以重组流程、重组人员,提升火工品的质量管控水平。

This paper introduces the problems existing in the process of the promotion of the productlization of aerospace explosives,puts forward the idea of the productlization of initiators and the batching acceptance working plan,and discusses the relationship between the productlization and the batching acceptance,both of them are mutually related and promoted each other.The purpose of productlization is demodeling,which is helpful to promote unified ordering,unified batching,unified acceptance,batch delivery,balanced production and to improve work efficiency.Batching acceptance can reorganize the process and personnel,and improve the quality control level of explosive devices.
