摘要
针对长期以来缺乏保障性分析候选方法的问题,提出了一种基于S3000L《后勤保障分析国际程序规范》优化的保障性分析候选方法。对S3000L中保障性分析候选方法的工作流程图和判断准则进行了分析,发现存在工作范围过于宽泛、判断准则存在瑕疵等弊端,因此在其基础上进行了优化改进。通过2种保障性分析候选方法在工程实例上的应用对比,发现优化后的保障性分析候选方法具备较好的工作效果且工作量更少,更符合工程实际情况,具备更高的应用价值。
In view of the issue that an engineering Logistic Support Analysis(LSA)Candidate Method has been lacking for quite a long time,an optimal solution is proposed based on S3000L Standard.After deeply digesting the LSA candidate method in S3000L,and analyzing its workflow chart and judging criterion to find out such disadvantages as too broad a working scope,and defects in its judging criterion,this paper has optimized its workflow chart and judging criterion based on this method.After comparing the engineering applications of the two LSA candidate methods,we find that the optimal LSA candidate method has the good work results,and reduces technician′s workload.The optimal LSA candidate method matches practical situation and has higher engineering application value.
