摘要
地下综合管廊作为一种新兴结构设施,不但可以利用地下空间资源,提高城市综合承载能力,而且还具有避免管道的土壤侵蚀,节约土地资源、减少道路开挖、延长管线寿命等社会经济效益的特点,已经成为城市建设中的重要组成部分。在地下综合管廊建设中,由于各地材料价格差异,地区定额差异等因素不同,相应的地下综合管廊工程建安费也相应地会发生变化。对于城市地下综合管廊工程造价而言,这是对一项综合管廊工程项目进行投资时的前期预算,可以直接反映出一个企业的管理能力以及技术水平。文章结合某地下综合管廊项目,分别从项目建设条件、断面尺寸、管廊埋深、施工方法等方面入手,对影响城市地下综合管廊建设造价水平的因素进行了分析,以便能更好地对综合管廊造价进行控制。
Underground comprehensive pipeline corridor,as a new structure facility,can not only utilize underground space resources to improve the comprehensive bearing capacity of the city,but also avoid soil erosion of pipelines,save land resources,reduce road excavation and prolong pipeline life,which has become an important group in urban construction.Part by part.In the construction of underground comprehensive pipeline corridor,due to the differences in material prices and regional quotas,the corresponding construction and security fees of underground comprehensive pipeline corridor project will change accordingly.For the project cost of urban underground comprehensive pipeline gallery,this is the Pre-Budget when investing in a comprehensive pipeline Gallery project,which can directly reflect the management ability and technical level of an enterprise.In this paper,an underground comprehensive pipeline Gallery Project is taken as the research object,and the factors affecting the cost level of urban underground comprehensive pipeline gallery construction are analyzed from the aspects of project construction conditions,section size,pipeline Gallery burial depth and construction methods,in the hope of better control of the cost of comprehensive pipeline Gallery construction.
