建筑业是国民经济支柱产业之一,结合建筑业国家定位发展方向,全过程工程咨询是一种新型集成服务模式。全过程工程咨询,涉及管理、工程技术、建筑经济、多专业、信息化技术等,需要结合新形势进行价值重构。文章对全过程工程咨询服务提出要用系统论的思想看待,从系统工程和全局角度寻求解决之道,提出顶层设计,模式设计、方法论,直至方案规划。引导各级决策者的战略视野和思考问题的方向和角度进行梳理,不做方案设计和案例分析。启示决策者可以从这几个方面分析考虑建议,为实现全过程工程咨询服务新模式的方案设计提供思路,从而实现全过程工程咨询新服务的体系构建。

Construction industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy.Combined with the National orientation of construction industry,the whole process engineering consultation is a new type of integrated service model.The whole process of engineering consultation involves management,engineering technology,construction economy,various majors,information technology,etc..It needs to be reconstructed in the light of the new situation.This paper puts forward to the whole process engineering consulting service that we should use the idea of system theory,seek the solution from the perspective of system engineering and the overall situation,and put forward the top-level design,pattern design,methodology,and even plan planning.Guide decision makers at all levels of strategic vision and thinking of the direction and angle of the problem to comb,not to do the design and case analysis.Enlightenment decision makers can analyze and consider the suggestions from these aspects,and provide input ideas for the design of the new model of the whole process engineering consulting service,so as to realize the system construction of the new service of the whole process engineering consulting.
