灯泡贯流式机组停机加闸过程振动超标原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 水轮发电机组的振动、摆度幅值超标将严重影响机组的安全稳定运行,因此,分析机组振动超标产生的原因并采取措施进行处理,从而减轻机组振动,对于保证机组安全稳定运行具有重要意义。本文针对蜀河水电厂5号灯泡贯流式机组停机加闸时振动严重超标的问题,通过理论分析和多次机组试验,找到了机组振动超标的原因,提出了改进措施,为机组的安全稳定运行奠定了基础,对类似机组的运行分析具有一定的参考价值。 The excessive vibration and swing amplitude of the hydro-generating unit will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the causes of the excessive vibration of the unit and take measures to reduce the vibration of the unit so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.Aiming at the problem that the vibration of No.5 bulb tubular unit in Shuhe Hydropower Station exceeded the standard seriously when shutting down and adding gates,through theoretical analysis and many unit tests,the causes of the vibration exceeding the standard of the unit were found,and the improvement measures were put forward,which laid a foundation for the safe and stable operation of the unit and had a certain reference value for the operation analysis of similar units.
