彩色多普勒超声引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的效果及安全性

Efficacy and safety of color Doppler ultrasound guided anesthesia on the supraclavicular brachial plexus block

目的观察彩色多普勒超声引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的麻醉效果及安全性。方法80例上肢骨科手术患者根据麻醉方法不同分为对照组与观察组,分别根据臂丛神经的解剖结构、体表标志和彩色多普勒超声进行定位,行锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞麻醉。比较2组的麻醉效果、麻醉起效时间、持续时间,患者镇静、合作情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组麻醉起效时间、维持时间及镇静、合作评分均优于对照组,麻醉优良率(100%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组麻醉药用量、并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对上肢手术患者给予彩色多普勒超声引导下锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,可提高麻醉效果,且安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of color Doppler ultrasound guided anesthesia on the supraclavicular brachial plexus block.Methods Firstly 80 patients to undergo upper extremity orthopedic surgery were divided into an experimental group and a control group,and treated with anesthesia in different approaches.Secondly,each group was subjected to anesthesia on the supraclavicular brachial pleus block in accordance with the anatomy of brachial plexus,the body surface biomakers and the location positioned by color Doppler ultrasound.The efficacy of anesthesia,the onset of anesthetic effect,duration of anesthetic effect,patient sedation and cooperation,and incidence of complications in the two groups were then documented and compared.Results The onset of anesthetic effect in the experimental group came earlier than that in the control group.The scores of the experimental group achieved on duration of anesthetic effect and patient sedation and cooperation were better than those of the control group.The excellent rate of anesthesia of the experimental group(100%)was greater than that(86.67%)of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between the two groups in the dose of anesthetic drug and incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusions Application of color Doppler ultrasound guided anesthesia on the supraclavicular brachial plexus block guarantees more desirable anesthetic effect and safety.
