蒙药森登-4纳米乳联合火针治疗痤疮的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察蒙药森登-4纳米乳[1]联合火针治疗痤疮的临床疗效,评估其安全性。方法:选取痤疮患者30例,利用蒙药森登-4纳米乳联合火针治疗,蒙药森登-4纳米乳2次/d,火针2次/周,7 d为1个疗程,共4个疗程。结果:治疗7 d后,有效率为20.00%(6/30);治疗14 d后,有效率为60.00%(18/30);治疗21 d后,有效率为93.33%(28/30);治疗28 d后,有效率为100.00%(30/30)。治疗14 d和28 d时的有效率进行比较,后者较前者明显增加,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用蒙药森登-4纳米乳联合火针治疗痤疮是安全有效的。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Mongolian medicine sendeng-4 nanoemulsion combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne.Methods:30 cases of acne patients were selected and treated with Mongolian medicine sendeng-4 nanoemulsion combined with fire acupuncture.Two times per day of Mongolian medicine sendeng-4 nanoemulsion and two times of fire acupuncture per week were taken as one course of treatment,with a total of 4 courses of treatment.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate was 20.00%(6/30).After 14 days of treatment,the effective rate was 60.00%(18/30).After 21 days of treatment,the effective rate was 93.33%(28/30).After 28 days of treatment,the effective rate was 100.00%(30/30).The effective rate at 14 days and 28 days of treatment was compared,the latter was significantly higher than the former,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:It is safe and effective to use Mongolian medicine sendeng-4 nanoemulsion combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne.
