国家节水行动中,强化节水文化教育是一种常规且长效的方法。在归纳节水文化教育主要方式的基础上,针对新时代节水文化教育面临的多重现实问题,从意识唤醒、高度自觉两个维度探究节水文化教育再加速、再升级,以更好地推进教育服务于国家节水行动实践与发展的需要,进而养成全民节水的文化自觉。
