摘要
芬兰教育因其卓越的PISA成绩而闻名于世,而优质的教师教育是芬兰教育成功的重要基础。芬兰教师教育的发展经历了起步期、低速发展期、快速发展期、调整期四个阶段,形成了严格的人才选拔、职前培养与职后培训一体化、理论与实践深度融合、以研究为导向、注重公平等特点,这些特点的形成有着深刻的政治、经济和文化背景,为我国教师教育改革带来了借鉴和启示。
Education in Finland is known for its outstanding PISA results,and high-quality teacher education is the foundation of the success of education in Finland.The development of teacher education in Finland has experienced four stages of starting stage,slow development stage,rapid development stage,and adjustment stage.Teacher education in Finland is characterized by strict talent selection,integration of pre-service training and post-service training,deep integration of theory and practice,research-oriented teacher education,and attention to education equity,etc.The formation of these characteristics is inseparable from the history of teacher education in Finland,and has a profound political,economic and cultural background,and enlightenment to reform of teacher education in China.
