摘要
目的:建立麻荆颗粒的质量标准。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定麻荆颗粒中麻黄碱、黄芩苷、甘草苷的含量,建立麻荆颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.2892~2.8920μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),黄芩苷在0.2080~2.0800μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),甘草苷在0.1920~1.9200μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。初步建立了麻荆颗粒颗粒的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,相似度均在0.96以上,10批次样品中确定了12个共有峰,并指认其中5个共有峰。结论:本方法稳定、准确可靠,能有效的为麻荆颗粒质量控制提供依据。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of Majing Granule.Methods:The contents of ephedrine,baicalin and glycyrrhizic glycoside were measured by HPLC.The HPLC fingerprint of Majing Granules was established.Results:There was a good linear relationship of ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of 0.2892~2.8920μg(r=0.9999).There was a good linear relationship of baicalin in the range of 0.2080~2.0800μg(r=0.9999).There was a good linear relationship of liquiritin in the range of 0.1920~1.9200μg(r=0.9999).The HPLC fingerprint of Majing granules was preliminarily established,and the similarity was above 0.96.A total of 12 common peaks were identified in 10 batches of samples,and 5 of them were identified.Conclusion:This method is stable,accurate and reliable,which can provide the basis for the quality control of Majing Granule.
