摘要
柔韧素质是所有体育运动中必备的基本身体素质之一,良好的柔韧素质可以有效提高运动水平、预防运动损伤的发生。武术运动中的闪转腾挪、劈叉下腰等动作更是对柔韧素质提出了具体的要求。因为武术套路对身体柔韧性要求苛刻,见效慢。针对这一现状本文探讨武套路中柔韧训练的方法,丰富柔韧训练理论知识,为武术的柔韧训练提供指导。
Fully qualitative quality is an essential basic body quality in all sports,a good flexible quality can effectively improve the level of movement,the occurrence of motion damage.Martial arts movement of the shining,split and downs and other actions are made to the flexibility of the specific requirements.Because the martial arts of the road to the body flexibility requirements harsh,see the slow this paper presents the method of the flexibility training in the west of the west,the rich and flexible training theory knowledge,for the martial arts of the flexible training guidance.
