Cortisomo糊剂根管填充联合纤维桩冠修复对隐裂性牙髓病患者咀嚼功能的影响

Effect of Cortisomo Paste Root Canal Filling Combined with Fiber Post Crown Repair on Masticatory Function of Patients with Occult Pulp Disease

目的探讨Cortisomo糊剂根管填充联合纤维桩冠修复对隐裂性牙髓病患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月吉林省白城中心医院收治的84例隐裂性牙髓病患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管填充联合纤维桩冠修复,观察组采用Cortisomo糊剂根管填充联合纤维桩冠修复,对两组治疗后疼痛情况及咀嚼功能进行观察。结果两组治疗前的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的咬合力、咀嚼效能、牙齿松动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Cortisomo糊剂根管填充联合纤维桩冠修复可减轻隐裂性牙髓病患者术后疼痛程度,促进咀嚼功能改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of Cortisomo paste root canal filling combined with fiber post crown repair on chewing function of patients with occult pulp disease.Methods Toyally 84 patients with occult pulp disease admitted to Baicheng Central Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zinc oxide clove oil paste root canal filling combined with fiber post crown,and the observation group was treated with Cortisomo paste root canal filling combined with fiber post crown.The pain and chewing function of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the bite force,masticatory efficiency and tooth looseness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The above indexes were significantly better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cortisomo paste root canal filling combined with fiber post crown repair can alleviate the postoperative pain degree of patients with occult pulp disease.
