精神分裂症社区康复技术对患者自知力和社会功能康复的作用

The Effect of Community Rehabilitation Technology on Self-knowledge and Social Function Rehabilitation of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨精神分裂症社区康复技术对患者自知力和社会功能康复的作用。方法选取2018年6月至2019年7月南京医科大学附属无锡精神卫生中心收治的100例精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组给予常规康复干预,观察组给予社区康复技术,比较两组患者自知力和社会功能康复情况。结果干预后两组患者自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)及个人与社会功能量表(PSP)评分均有所提高,且观察组评分提升幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对精神分裂症患者,采用社区康复技术能提高患者的自知力,提升社会功能。

Objective To explore the effect of community rehabilitation technology on self-knowledge and social function rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods From June 2018 to July 2019,100 schizophrenics were selected from Wuxi mental health center affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention.The observation group was given community rehabilitation technology.The selfknowledge and social function rehabilitation of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of ITAQ and PSP in the two groups were improved,and the improvement of scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For schizophrenic patients,community rehabilitation technology can improve their self-knowledge and social function.
